Summary/Abstract: In this account is treated the issue of Ulqin’s autonomy during medieval period in which case is emphasized the relevance and functi-ons of city’s Council, judges, Major Council, Minor Council, counse-lors, titles of Noblemen, etc. important room is given to the role and relevance of the Notary, education, stamps, Statute of the city – em-blem of municipality’s independence as well as to the relations with Venetia and Ragusa.
