Summary/Abstract: In the current context of crisis, a consens us emerges on the need to changedevelopment model and from growth. Sustainable development consists in reconsideringourmodels of growth by reconciling three fields toooften managed like distictlogics (environmental, economic and social). Theconcept of RSE (Socialresponsibility oftheCompanies) consistsin taking account of thesocial and environmental impacts activities of thecompany to integrate the challenges of sustainable development within the organizationand intheir interactions with their recipients.Thus, the development of durable tourism,which offersdiscoveries innovating with an implication of the local population and as afeguarding of theenvironment, seems to bereally judicious and to be able to answer real challenges of sustainabledevelopment in Algeria. In this context, this research task has the aim of answering the followingproblems: is the social dimension of the speeches and the practices of RSE significant inAlgerian tourism? And up to what point does the responsibility sociétale for Companies (RSE)allow the sector tourism to better manage its recipients? To try to study these problems, thisworkwas based on a qualitative studyconducted near a certain number of hotel ofwestern area ofAlgeria (Town of Oran) viasemi-directing talks. This evaluation enabled usto emphasize theprincipal results to know theenvironmental and social level.
