Summary/Abstract: The topic of transsexuality is primarily a medical issue that is currently not regulated in any wayby Polish law. All the problems that emerge in this respect are solved by applying general legal regulations that are not specific to this particular issue. Given the special nature of this issue,such general regulations require far-fetched interpretations, and even then they can hardly be applied.
