Applicable procedure in case of joinder of enforcements

Summary/Abstract: Whenever the court finds that the cumulative conditions are fulfilled to carry out the joinder, the judicial bailiff or, as the case may be, the enforcement court orders the joinder of enforcements, deciding that a single enforcement be made by the judicial bailiff who ordered the joinder (in case of joinder of some enforcements made by the same judicial bailiff, who is empowered to order the joinder), respectively by the bailiff who fulfilled the enforcement proceedings first filed or, in case the enforcements are in the same stage, by the first judicial bailiff who started the enforcement proceedings (in case of joinder of some enforcement proceedings carried out by different bailiffs, when the jurisdiction of the joinder belongs to the enforcement court).
