Summary/Abstract: Iv. Kasabov managed to create the political group Mlada Balgaria (Young Bulgaria) thanks to the Tarnovo branch of the Secret Central Bulgarian Committee in 1866. Thus mainly through Georgi Zhivkov and Kancho Kesariev, activists of the “young”, Bulgarian interests in Tulchanski Sanjak were connected with the French policy in the Sanjak in 1868–1869. As a result, the Polish emigration around the Polish Agency in Tsarigrad and Giuseppe Mazzini started being interested in Bulgarians. The contribution of the group Young Bulgaria is that it made Bulgarians part of Young Europe, Young Poland, Young Italy, etc.
