Summary/Abstract: Expertise in enforcement proceedings often plays a major role in determining thespecific obligation of the debtor, but its significance seemed to be neglected. This articleaims to focus precisely on insufficient regulation of expert work in enforcement proceedingsand the need of legislative change. During the civil trial as well as in the phase of enforcement there is a need of using special expertise. In the enforcement process lacks a system ofappropriate rules for expert work. The expertise report might be presented orally simultaneously with the relevant enforcement actions. This may be risky.
