Strictly procedural considerations were preceded by explanation of the theoretical issues regarding the settled by the author classification of information on strictly confidential, classified and institution of evidentary prohibition, which was essential for maintaining further arguments. This publication is an attempt to assess the proposed changes and to answer the question whether the actual measures taken by the Polish legislature guarantee the right balance between established notion of pecuniary truth and protection of property that would be infringed if such notion was not a subject to restrictions.
