SYSTEMIC MODEL OF THE POLITICAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GOVERNMENT IN THE III REPUBLIC OF FRENCE (LEGAL REGULATION AND POLITICAL PRACTICE)

Summary/Abstract: The article includes the analysis of the legal rules regulating the mechanism of political responsibility of government in III Republic of France. It’s divided into two parts as a whole. In the first part a reader can find deliberations referring to the legal aspects of the analysed institution. They embrace both regulations included in the bill from 25 February 1875 of organization of public powers, and regulations involved in parliamentary standing orders. The second part involves description of the political practice, which put emphasis on the thread of constitutional relationships that got shaped in the III Republic within the frame of activity of organ legislative and executive power.
