CONTROL SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN POLAND

Summary/Abstract: Control is a very broad concept which is related to the functioning of individuals, companies, public administration and the social, political and economic development of the country has created a need for change in the scope of control, its tools and methods. Undoubtedly, the existence of control in a democratic state is necessary because of its key role in improving the functioning of public administration. There are many definitions of control but its essence is always the same – control is the comparison of the current state to the desired one .. Any differences in this area should be detected by the control, and the ways and tips for solving the problem, which appeared must be indicated in the recommendations and opinions. The existence of the state, which is not able to control the functioning of public administration is impossible, because the administration must still keep up with changing standards and control can help in it.
