THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF POLICE OFFICERS

Summary/Abstract: The intention of the following publication is to depict a very controversial issue whether the police officers are specially protected by law. It also illustrates how this protection affects the conducting of their daily duties. This article shows that by the way of the analysis of the legal structure of police protection it is necessary to remember about another aspect which is significant for the protection of both, the police and the public. It is the knowledge of the laws under which police officers perform their duties.
