Summary/Abstract: This paper will analyse certain aspects of body functioning within contemporary practical reality, primarily within its contextual relationship with contemporary narcissism phenomenon. The analysis mainly focuses on the relationship between individuality and narcissism, considers the possibility of ethical valuation of the position and function of narcissism, as well as valuation of the newly formed bodily identities in contemporary sociability.
