Summary/Abstract: The processes called the Arab Spring led to progressive decomposition of the existinginternational order in the Middle East. Although the essence of the events initiatedat the turn of the year 2010 and 2011 was the desire of individual societies ofthe Arab States to change the system, their consequences were of utmost importancefor the regional international system. Affecting the stability of the country, encouragefor the evolution of their positions and international roles. The Middle East is alsoa place where the interests of outside major powers are endangered. The rich energyresources in this part of the world and the need to protect important transport andcommunication routes in the region have, over the past two centuries, attracted suchcountries as the United Kingdom, France, the United States, or Russia. The regionallayout of forces is so the result of the policy of local powers confronted with the involvementof major powers ready to defend its interests. These processes make thesituation in the Middle East extremely complicated, and the regional internationalorder is currently decomposing rather than stabilizing.
