Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to show possible links between mass media and the evolution of sexuality among young people. One cannot fail to notice that culture and society are not completely separated from the issues of sexuality of particular individuals. However, the main thesis, which the author will try to prove, is that the mass media have effect on the formation sexuality of the young, as this process is influenced by low culture, drawing the patterns of behavior. While discussing the topic, the author uses a survey that helps her in the observation of the public space, which has nowadays become a place where young people look for behavior patterns, imitating celebrities and other idols.
