Summary/Abstract: On the basis of data from the European Innovation Management Academy, Innovation.bg 2015 analyses the strengths and weaknesses of Bulgarian companies in commercialising innovation. Although 80 % of companies have innovation strategies, they are rarely communicated clearly to company staff. While such strategies have the potential to focus the use of limited resources, their full effect cannot be achieved if staff, business partners and clients are not sufficiently aware of them.
