Summary/Abstract: In the first part of the text it has been depicted human development issues focused on the full emanation of his humanistic potential. It was noted that spiritual is necessary for the full implementation of the humanistic human potential, which play its’ role in medical professions. On the other hand, spiritual development of the adult persons is necessary and critically important for the educational errors. It was pointed out the difficulties which are implementation of this standard errors are derogatory child upbringing perfectly described by Alice Miller. Developmental resource appears to be safety attachment between parent and child, introducing him to the world in which he feels safe and confidently.Serious illness and hospitalization constitute a traumatic event for a child and his siblings and parents. The child as a patient with special needs psychological requires a very specific approach to care. The author shows that the emotional sensitivity and personality development of medical personnel is an important factor in order to protect the sick children and their families from mental trauma, there is also an important part of their professional identity.
