Summary/Abstract: The second part of the study analyses daily commuting between districts of the capital and rural settlements. It reports on the significant number of commuters to Budapest and on the role played by commuting in labour force supply to Budapest districts, on main labour market features of commuters mentioning also basic source areas of commuting. The paper analyses in detail commuting connections between agglomerated settlement groups located around Budapest and districts of Budapest, as well as commuting between settlements in the agglomeration. Finally it gives short assessment on daily travel of the labour force in the area.
