Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the role of human potential in the process of business goals achieving and tasks fulfilment is paid more attention than ever before. The employees become a very important internal source of competitiveness and tool of business performance increasing that develops the need for their effective encouraging and managing towards business goals reaching at the same time. The structure of enterprise is not created only by individual employees but also by in-plant units or collectives that are created by their clustering. That is why a group of material stimulation tools has a particular place in business practice. The main task of these tools is to ensure harmonization of company `s goals with the goals of its in–plant departments and by the medium of them with the needs of particular employees. The article deals with the problems of intradepartmental material stimulation and its tools at the level of in-plant organizational units, respectively working teams in consideration of their particularity in business practice application. The paper presents the results of own research in the area of intradepartmental material stimulation conducted by using of query method, in the form of enquiries and structured interviews with representatives of chosen enterprises.
