Summary/Abstract: The role of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe is critical in mediating the frozen conflicts of Eastern Europe. Yet, with Russian interference and the naive policies of the West, there appears to be little hope for any progress towards a resolution in any of these conflicts.
