Summary/Abstract: During the economic growth, alteration of income distribution is the outcome of interaction of various factors. As the important entity of global market, the growth of China’s economy is closely related with the development of foreign trade. However, in the investigation of alteration of income distribution, we have to base this topic on the conditions of open economy. So, this paper brings the economic growth and income distribution under the open economy perspective, through a comparative static analysis to find out influences of FDI on host country.
