Summary/Abstract: The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains unresolved. The European Court of Human Rights is addressing this issue from the point of view of jurisdiction over the conflict, with the hope that its decisions may provide some movement towards finding a solution to this frozen situation.
