Summary/Abstract: The fragment of glagolitic manuscript more likely from 13th century known as Ljubljana homiliary (LAB) contains homilies on the first three Sundays of Lent, of which only that for the first one is the same as in other preserved Croatian glagolitic liturgical books. On the 2nd Lenten Sunday LAB has another Gospel passage and homily than other books, on the 3rd Sunday the homily text shows slight differences and is assigned to another author. These differences from preserved Croatian glagolitic breviaries were a strong argument for the conclusion that LAB is a fragment of a homiliary instead of a breviary. The same texts at the 2nd and 3rd Sunday of Lent, however, we find in the Latin manuscript breviary (e.g. sign. Ms39) from 14th century. According to the text selection LAB is probably a fragment of breviary, according to the textual analysis it belongs to a group of Krk manuscripts.
