Summary/Abstract: In the text of Desislava Dankova is presented her own research on "Organizations in Bulgaria and the use of Social Media and Networks as a Channel for Communication with Consumers" The aim of the studies is to draw a picture corresponding to the reality of how organizations and companies in Bulgaria understand change and develop communication with the audience through social media and networks.
