Human Life Quality as Paradigms of Creation of Human Capital

Summary/Abstract: This article presents one component of quality of life – public cultural, spiritual and moral values-dimensional survey. His goal – to reveal the paradigm of human capital as a major qualitative dimensions, creating quality of life of the whole. Problem: The quality of life is not improving, because it is not linked with personal values and dimensions. The object of research – the cultural indices objective and subjective test. The results confirm a low human potential of equity securities, which do not provide a higher quality of life parameters.
