Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the issue of the possibility and suitability of the application of the class actions for the solving and decision making of disputes between clients of financial services in the financial market and financial institutions offering and providing these services. The author initially defines the basic terms of the financial market law as a financial market, a client of the financial service, a financial institution and a financial service. Subsequently, the author focuses on the actual possibilities how to settle a dispute arising from financial services by general courts, arbiters and arbitration courts and the financial arbiter.
