Summary/Abstract: Young people are faced daily with entrepreneurship and its various forms. In modern society the individual entrepreneurial impact on economic, social, psychological development processes are becoming increasingly important. In Lithuania youth entrepreneurship education and economic literacy awareness are fully promoted. Entrepreneurship education is emphasized as one of the priority development directions. Although entrepreneurship education is a complex social, pedagogical, psychological category, in spite of different approach to it, this category is reflected in all spheres of human life.The report analyzes relevant youth entrepreneurship education problem. Entrepreneurship concepts presented by different authors are discussed and data of the research about the attitude of biomedical and social sciences study programmes students towards entrepreneurship concept and development of skills is presented.The data of the research show that future professionals are not only able to identify correctly entrepreneurship as a personal way of thinking, features and competences, but also have their own attitude towards most important business, managerial and personal skills thus enabling the application of existing knowledge in practical activity. The most relevant entrepreneurship education techniques applied in the College are visits to real enterprises and firms, creation of business plans and simulation games, contributing to students’ entrepreneurial skills development.
