Summary/Abstract: The paper presents method of standardization and accreditation activities forensics with an emphasis on processing of forensic clues, and the laboratory expertise. Also it will be given a view of harmonizing these types of transactions with the laws of the European Union, notably Refers to the EU Council Decision 2009/905/JHA on accreditation of forensic laboratory services and carrying out activities. This decision became the law Eropske Union, Which stipulates that the 2013th, the member states of the European Union, in criminal investigations, and only recognize evidence obtained in accredited laboratories. Serbia and Montenegro are on track to meet this requirement because their forensic institutions (National Criminal Technical Centre of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs and Forensic Center UP Montenegro) is part of an EU project called EMFA's (European Mentoring for forensic accreditation). This project started 2010th Year and ends made in 2013th Years as the aforementioned forensic institutions in Serbia and Montenegro for accreditation by the European standard of ISO / IEC 17025 and fulfill the law of the EU 2009/905/JHA.
