Summary/Abstract: In Italy in the early nineties, in order to save the public balance, country begins to leaving the traditional system of direct investment, so it is privatized enterprises, public institutions and entire sector of administration. Policy of privatization has consequences for the legal status of the archival materials, which is subjects of a dual regime - public part (created in the past) and private part (for the following period).
