Summary/Abstract: Developing an information system as the necessary technical platform that supports the work of the organization eventually turned into a separate process which involves many parties. But the completion of this process raises questions prospects for exploiting all the opportunities it offers. On the other hand, the information system shared the fate of the organization, which in turn again leads the challenges of ensuring long-term stability of the organization as a whole. Furthermore, the relevance of the data information system that will contain, in direct relation with the orderliness of physical records in the archives of the organization. Also, the information system is only the impersonal, unified tool that gets your sense of the human factor. Therefore, management of these systems requires a high level of organizational culture. Here is the problem of mediation - though Documenta’s data management policy we seek openness and accessibility, but it is not complete for several reasons. The first reason is technical, the second for the content: documents and data are still at the stage of data collection and analysis, and the third consists in the fact that some information generally does not become public, because it is confidential data (data about witnesses) or because there is not enough reliable sources to back up the reliability of data. These are some questions that should be addressed to ensure harmony and compatibility of the organization and information systems as its subsystems, and the credibility of results.
