REVIEW OF ARCHIVAL FONDS AND COLLECTION IN THE ARCHIVES OF TUZLA CANTON

Summary/Abstract: Archives as modern information centers of society are obliged to their work and act in a certain extent, to the users and allow all interested parties as simple as the use of archival material. The best and most effective way to do this is to identify exactly what it is that all of the archival material which one archive have. The best way to do this is the preparation, drafting and publication of information and mass media: review, guide, inventory holdings and collections, regeste, various lists and other, which is also one of the main tasks of archival institutions. In this paper we will look at the holdings of archives Archive of Tuzla Canton, and the review of archival fonds and collections. In doing sowe will not talk about the review of archival fonds and collections, as a classic intelligence asset, rather than as a review of the funds and collections of Archives of Tuzla Canton has in its depots. The review of the holdings of material we Arhiv heritage has been based on the published Guide archive holdings and collections of the Archives of Tuzla Canton in 2012, as well as the records of the Archives and additional release Guide is in time of this work still in progress. Guides are particularly important information and intelligence resources, which are most often view as the contents of archival holdings of one archive, ie. the specification of groups of archives and collections of archives with basic details of the same. They are the simplest way to help users to get acquainted with archival materials, or fonds one archive have. This paper presents a comparison of the Guide of archive holdings and collections of the Archives in Tuzla Canton and his unpublished amended versions, the identity and the differences in their structure and methodology of development, if any, of this analysis, the difference in the quantity of material. In this work in this regard of that are given a new data on the amount of archival fonds and collections.
