THE INFLUENCE OF ARRANGEMENT OF CURRENT MATERIALS AND RECORDS OF THE OFFICE FOR THE PROTECTION OF YUGOSLAV ASSETS ABROAD TO THE USER-DEFINED FUNCTION

Summary/Abstract: The Office for the Protection of Yugoslav Assets Abroad has been established at the Ministry of Finance of FNRY. The organizational connection between the Office and the Ministry of Finance, resulted from the nature of work of the Office, namely from the fact that the tasks of the Office for the Protection of Yugoslav Assets Abroad reflected the inflow and outflow of foreign exchange. Although it was organizationally connected with the Ministry of Finance, the Office through its work gained the necessary independence, and, in relation to domestic and to foreign entities, established itself as an independent institution.
