Summary/Abstract: The planning and expertly arranged archival records in the Register is one of the basic prerequisites for obtain the same and its use in the Archives. For this reason the external service is the most responsible for the state archives in registry offices and its role is to act preventively and repressively. In addition to the archives of individual vessels received the disorderly state, an additional problem in working with such a structure is the lack of books, such as directory, registers and books certification, without which it is very difficult to obtain the required information, and despite the great efforts of the employees in the Archives in most cases, users remain deprived of the requested information. The importance of books and auxiliary books also have an impact in dealing with customers because the movement of each file for several years must be accompanied by (eg. File started in the 1980s was completed in 1996 and is archived in 1996). While searching the archive material has a significant role application completed by users of archive material on the ground, as users do not specify enough information needed to process the request. It takes more to engage external service, as well as make changes in the price list archive services that would incorporate the provisions related to obtaining unsettled archives.
