Summary/Abstract: Love is the natural environment for the procreation of new life, but also a condition for its growth and development. The family community, for which marital community is the foundation, can develop and grow thanks to the love, the beginning and duration provided by the love of spouses. The crisis of marriage and high divorce rates, and thus broken families, reveal the drama of many children whose parents own decision to resign fidelity to the marriage vow deprived their children of a safe growth environment. Children are a gift for parents, entrusted to them by God, but at the same time they are a task – to educate and form children to live fully and to realise their vocation to love. The love of spouses, which draws from the Love of God, creates the right conditions to ensure the fulfillment of this task. If, therefore, the attitude of spouses doesn't have fidelity of love declared in the marriage vows, the consequences of such attitudes and actions impact not only themselves but also their children, injuring them and becoming a form of violence.
