Summary/Abstract: Thanks to the achievements of modern science and medicine it is possible to bring to life a child outside of the mother's body. The most popular medical techniques of artificial procreation include artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization (FIVET), artificial insemination by the GIFT and ZIFT methods. The use of artificial reproduction procedures, however, involves the participation of third parties and manipulation of the human person at the earliest stage of its biological development. Artificial reproductive techniques are associated with personal destruction and dehumanization of man, society, human relations and culture. In view of the rampant “logic of relativism” it is necessary to properly show the truth about man, his dignity and recognition of the natural moral law.
