NICOLAE DABIJA: THE TEMPTATION OF THE “SPIRITUAL WATCH” AND THE CREATIVE SOLITUDE OF THE POET

Summary/Abstract: This article is about N. Dabija, who is one of the leading representatives of the 70th generation. However, he didn’t go far away than its predecessors, but rather continued their inventive or innovative size, proposing also his own worldview about time, history, race, language, faith, etc. and upon the self-creation also. N. Dabija offers a new symbolic coloratura, a specific creative solitude, a special metaphysical link with M. Heidegger's philosophy, N. Hartman and other thinkers, without neglecting the other species - intimate lyrical poetry, citizen poetry. Even he is ranked on a vectorial position, he declares another way of seeing the novelty and strangeness. N. Dabija is living in different times of creation. His poetry adopt different literary elements, but precisely through this strategic arrangement ensures the originality of his poetry.
