Summary/Abstract: The article revealed the influence of “the Polish question” in the development of Russian national identity, as reflected in periodicals 60’s of the XIX century. The Polish revolt 1863-1864 contributed to the exacerbation of interest in the problem of Russian national identity and its construction in a variety of philosophical projects.
