Summary/Abstract: Internal control is essential in achieving the objectives of the company. The aim of the paper is to present the internal control and documentation of internal control in the concept of accountability and responsibility. A general conclusion is that internal control can be helpful in taking initiatives for accountability and documentations of internal control are important in the responsibillity process. The research method is the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and regulations.
