The use of logit models to the assessment of the financial standing of enterprises operating in the Special Economic Zones in Poland

Summary/Abstract: This article was an attempt to assess the financial condition of twenty five companies operating in Special Economic Zones in Poland. The assessment was made by three models of the logit analysis designed for companies operating in Poland. At the end of the work, the author has included a summary and drawn conclusions that twenty three of the analyzed companies are not at risk of bankruptcy. Presented logit models properly reflect financial standing of researched companies and the evaluation of the companies financial situation should be made by many methods.
