Summary/Abstract: The subject of research covered display of barriers of development and operation of innovative structures of integration in agribusiness. The study also made a short presentation of the concept of clustering and the advantages of clusters as an example of innovative forms of trade integration. Among the many restrictions in the development of innovative structures of integration are the following: financial capacity, misunderstanding of the idea of establishing a cluster initiative, lack of cooperation with the scientific community, unfavorable economic situation in the region, lack of time and a low level of commitment to take additional initiatives
