Influence aspect of daily Scrum meetings on software development teams efficiency

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the issues of project control in Scrum methodology representing agile approach, in which control is based specifically on the daily meetings. Based on own experience and discussions with members of the Scrum development teams, in this study 19 core problems associated with daily meetings are identified and possible solutions are discussed. Then an environmental study is conducted to verify the classification of the problems and to determine the practical approach to daily meetings in IT companies. On the basis of the collected results, a brief assessment of the quality of daily meetings is provided, which depends on the Scrum team development stage.
