Summary/Abstract: Religion is one of the most talked-about social phenomena in relation to the State’s management. Questions arise about the place or even the very legitimacy of religion’s presence in the public space. Public authorities are increasingly confronted with requirements related to the exercise of right to religious freedom or conscientious objection. Refl ection of this discourse is an essential starting point for managing the State.
