Protection of the cultural heritage of national and ethnic minorities in the Polish Constitution of 1997

Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on the protection of the material cultural heritage of national minorities and ethnic minorities in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. Heritage protection is a responsibility imposed on public authorities. It should be noted that it is an obligation of general application and refers to the whole inheritance. The Constitution regulates the issues of protection of national minorities and ethnic minorities in very general terms, so general rules are applied.
