Summary/Abstract: Continuous changes occurring in the labor market and the employers’ desire to constantly have specialized employees that can offer the best solutions when facing problems determined many individuals to focus on educational courses offered by important institutions. The lack of financial resources and opportunities, have led many people to pay attention to the courses carried out by projects financed using European funds. Through this kind of projects people are able to obtain relevant information, appropriate educational articles and valuable accreditations that can help in their field of work, all in a short amount of time. The information found in this paper was collected after conducting a quantitative study which was aimed to determine the degree of satisfaction expressed by students after finishing various courses that were held by projects financed using European funds. In order to collect the data necessary to conduct this research a questionnaire consisting of 16 questions was provided to the respondents through an online platform. Data was analyzed using a computer program called IBM SPSS.
