Summary/Abstract: The ethical issues of abortion continue to create discussions about tow important aspect: pro-life and pro-choice.The pro-life team brings many arguments in favor of their opinion, to prove that the feotus is a human being. One of their strongest arguments is that science proved that, from the very moment of the fertilization, the embryo is a human being which has all possible rights. Therefore abortion is the deliberate killing of an innocent human being, so abortion is wrong. The pro-choice team tries to prove that life doesn’t begin from the conception. And that the abortion is a choice for the sake of the mother's health (including her mental health) or if the pregnancy is the result of a crime (such a crime like rape) or if is for social reasons( including poverty, mother unable to cope with a child )
