Summary/Abstract: Inclusion is a process that stresses upon rights and needs of individuals according to their individual capabilities and interests. It is a process against prejudices, aiming to develop tolerance and a positive attitude towards people with special needs. The questioner carried out with a sample of 100 students and 40 teachers in two primary schools in Mostar, analyzing the attitudes of students and teachers about the inclusion of students with special needs and difficulties into a regular educational process. The results of the questioner indicate that attitudes towards inclusion are positive.
