Between counseling and mediation in the subject of activity of the youth hostels

Summary/Abstract: The article explores the subject of mediation as a tool of response and interference in difficult and conflict situations. There is a significant focus put on the aspect of exploiting mediation in behavioural treatment of the youth in Juvenile Reform School. In a context of theory of neutralization mediation seems convenient support of counseling and social service as well as traditional educative influences. Mediation is a tool allowing to avoid exclusion and preserve positive image of oneself, both factors having inestimable value in the process of rehabilitation of the under-age in particular.
