Intensity and dynamics of employment at regional level: a different view

Summary/Abstract: Employment is the distinctive mark for the economic and social development atboth national and regional level. From the social perspective, the regional labour marketdifferentials that apply at present give cause to expect an ongoing employment-relatedmigration. The present paper provides an alternative approach for measuring both the intensityand dynamic of employment at regional level in Poland, in the 2006–2014 period.
