Stakeholders of the county government in relation to multi-stakeholder governance

Summary/Abstract: The reform of local governments from the year 1999 reconstructing the structure of local governments: municipal, county and voivodship began the process of empowerment of local communities. The situation in which on the territorially, culturally, historically and economically coherent areas local government communities came into being – has led to the necessity of defining and redefining the entire structure of the cooperation of the local actors. The article is an attempt to systematize the ideas associated with the concept of stakeholders and to refer this concept.
