An attempt to determine the actions necessary to strengthen the efficiency of teachers teams

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the necessary conditions to be met by effective teachers teams. Characteristics of team work of Polish teachers is based on the results of an external evaluation of the years 2013- 2014, a survey of schoolmasters of graduates Postgraduate Education Leaders in 2015 and interviews with teachers - participants of training on teamwork conducted in 2015 in four primary schools. On the basis of the research conclusions paper presents recommendations of actions that should lead to an increase in the quality of teachers teamwork in Polish schools.
