Summary/Abstract: Personal data protection for natural persons is a very interesting issue, both in terms of its legal nature and from a practical point of view, as data sharing and data processing concerns every business. There have been many doubts since the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 was applied. This article summarises opinions expressed in the doctrine of law, jurisprudence and the Chief Inspector for Personal Data practice.
