Summary/Abstract: Through confession, an expressionist type of approach which provides the poetic text with authenticity and self-reflexivity, entailing an understanding of the world through its own perspective combined with subversive strategies of Neo-Expressionist and Postmodernist sort (such as intertextuality, processuality, the configuration of the real through écriture and textualization, re-semantization as a form of dialogue with one’s own past), otherness will always be inside when it comes to Aurel Pantea's poetry: an inner otherness.
